Scott Clark is teaching “Environmental Law” this semester at the Colorado School of Mines

Scott Clark is teaching “Environmental Law” this semester as an adjunct professor in the Civil and Environmental Engineering program at the Colorado School of Mines.  The course is designed to provide engineering students a broad background in U.S. environmental law.
