Tyler Alberts is an associate attorney with Burns, Figa & Will. Tyler practices primarily in the areas of business law, business formation and governance, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Tyler graduated from the University of Colorado Law School in 2023 where he was awarded the George Bermant Award for the Best Student Work in Corporate Law. During his time at Colorado Law, Tyler completed multiple internships, including both an in-house corporate internship, and an internship with Federal Magistrate Judge Kirsten Mix. Prior to attending law school, Tyler graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Business, where he graduated with a major in Accounting and a minor in Finance.
Tyler is from Omaha, Nebraska. He enjoys playing volleyball and basketball, hiking, skiing, and doing anything related to sports.
