Litigation Associate
Burns, Figa & Will was formed in 1980 on a common desire – to provide clients with excellent legal service with small firm attention. We are currently looking for a commercial litigation associate to join our litigation team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates ability to independently produce a quality work product
- Work as part of a team, especially on larger cases
Skills and Educational Requirements:
- JD from accredited law school
- 0-6 years of experience
- Colorado Bar Admission
- Excellent attention to detail, including working with document intensive cases
- Strong organizational and case management skills, including ability to manage multiple cases
- Ability to work as part of a team and effectively utilize other professionals
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Summer Law Clerk
Burns, Figa & Will, P.C., a full-service law firm located in the Denver Tech Center, is interviewing second-year law students for a ten-week summer clerkship, beginning in May 2025. BFW practices in the areas of business law, securities, litigation (including employment litigation, business disputes, real estate litigation, product liability, construction litigation, personal injury, and appeals), natural resources (including environmental and water law), real estate, estate planning, and legal ethics. Compensation and Benefits: Compensation will be $1,400 per week, based on a 40 hour work week. Onsite parking is provided. Sick leave and paid time off for any holidays observed by BFW during your ten-week clerkship will be provided. You will not be eligible for any other firm benefits.
