Amy Fliam focuses her practice on a variety of transactional matters. Amy advises clients at all stages of growth, helping them from initial entity selection and formation, to raising capital, and ultimate exit through sale, merger or acquisition. She has worked with companies in a variety of industries – technology, oil and gas, medical device manufacturing, and commercial real estate development. She has worked with emerging companies and established companies in connection with their acquisition and divestiture strategies. Amy joined Burns, Figa & Will in 2013 as a law clerk and as an attorney in 2014.
Erik Schuessler is a litigator whose practice focuses in the areas of commercial litigation, employment litigation, and real estate litigation. He takes pride in achieving efficient and successful results for his clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-lawsuit negotiation, dispositive motions, trial, and appeal. Erik joined Burns, Figa & Will in 2015.
Michael “Mickey” Ley represents businesses and individuals in negotiation and litigation of their commercial transactions and disputes. He practices throughout the federal and state courts of Colorado in areas such as contracts, securities, product liability, business torts, discrimination, wage and hour, construction, unfair competition, real estate, and trade secrets.
