Adrienne’s employment law experience includes a range of issues, including: discrimination and retaliation, wage and hour claims, Family Medical Leave Act claims, ADA claims, FLSA collective actions, labor matters, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, and breach of contract
In addition, Adrienne has conducted multiple internal investigations related to employee misconduct and has helped guide businesses through the complexities of adverse findings. Adrienne understands that when an issue arises, it is important to quickly investigate the potential wrongdoing and minimize the impact on the business and its team. When businesses require internal investigations, Adrienne is able to effectively and efficiently implement an investigation plan.

Adrienne has tried cases ranging from single plaintiff matters in state courts and arbitration to multi-million dollar class actions in federal courts throughout the Western United States. Adrienne is often brought in to assist with complex litigation and to help brainstorm creative solutions for difficult issues, including “bet the company” litigation.
Before working at Burns, Figa, & Will Adrienne worked for two national law firms serving clients across the country. She also clerked at the Colorado Court of Appeals with the Honorable Judge Freyre.
Adrienne is an avid Denver Broncos and Colorado Buffaloes fan. When she is not cheering on her favorite teams, Adrienne enjoys spending time with her dogs and her husband enjoying all Colorado has to offer.
